Thanksgiving Hours

Due to the upcoming holiday week, please make sure all approved timesheets for week ending 11/19/17 are turned in no later than Monday 11/20/15 at 10:00 AM. Turning timesheets in by this time will ensure you are paid on time, as we will be closing the office Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving. Thank you and have a safe holiday!

Open Enrollment

November 8th, 2017

We are pleased to announce that CrossFire Group, LLC is starting Open Enrollment on November 13, 2017 for our Fixed Indemnity Plan, Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliant Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) health care plan, and Bronze Plan.  The Open Enrollment period will end on December 15, 2017, so please review your plans for next year.

To enroll in our Bronze Plan you must have been employed by CrossFire for 90 days; coverage begins on the 91st day of employment if you have chosen this plan. The other plans may be enrolled in by any CrossFire employee.

If you are interested in enrolling in any of the plans, please send an email to benefits@xfiregroup.com and a form will be sent to you to be filled out. To enroll in the Bronze Plan please use the subject line: BRONZE PLAN ENROLLMENT.

401K Disclosure

Saving for retirement is an important part of your financial future.  As you know, CrossFire’s company-sponsored retirement plan is a convenient way to help you save for retirement.

You are eligible for the CrossFire 401K Plan on January 1 or July 1 after you have worked for CrossFire for 12 consecutive months,  accrued 1000 hours, are at least 21 years of age.

The CrossFire plan offers many valuable benefits and features such as helping you save and invest for your future, but, as with all retirement plans, there are fees.  You should be aware of these fees and how they impact your retirement account. In order to help you make better, more informed decisions about your retirement account, we are providing our 401K Participant Fee Disclosure here.

We are pleased to announce that CrossFire Group, LLC is offering an Fixed Indemnity health care plan and starting a new open enrollment period, which ends on September 21, 2017. If you are interested in enrolling in our Fixed Indemnity Plan (which is NOT ACA compliant) please contact us at benefits@xfiregroup.com.  If we do not hear from you before September 21, 2017, no changes will be made to your insurance.
