Open Enrollment 2015 – Affordable Care Act

CrossFire is pleased to be able to offer Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance to our employees. We will have two ACA compliant plans to choose from – a Minimum Value Plan (MVP) which provides all 63 required preventative services as well as some additional benefits,and a Minimum Essential Coverage (Wellness) Plan (MEC) providing all 63 required preventative services. In addition, we will continue to offer our current fixed indemnity plan, which is not ACA compliant, but does offer dental, vision and disability options. You may in enroll in any one or a combination of the fixed indemnity and the MVP or MEC.
