Meet Our Executive Team
Deb Schneider
CEO & Chairman
With more than 35 years of experience practicing law, Deb Schneider provides our clients with an extensive bank of legal knowledge which she uses daily in leading CrossFire. She is well-versed in contract, compliance, and legal matters as they relate to HR and staffing services.
She was a partner in two of Michigan’s premier law firms as well as vice president/chief legal officer for Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART), a publicly traded automobile race sanctioning body. In her spare time, she is an adjunct professor teaching Sports Law at both Michigan State University College of Law and Wayne State University Law School and is working on a sports law themed podcast: Sports Slaw.
She is admitted to practice before Michigan State Courts, United States Federal Courts, and the United States Supreme Court. She holds Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degrees in Human Biology and Economics from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Wayne State University.
Alex Rosenau
President
Alex has spent the better part of a decade working for Crossfire Group. Prior to his current role, he has held positions in account management, finance, leadership, and marketing. He was an integral part of two acquisitions, including that of MedNational Staffing in 2016. He is a firm believer that people make an organization. As such, his goal is to provide a workplace where all team members have the information, tools, and environment to be both good at, and proud of, their work.
Before joining the CrossFire, he was the Co-Founder and Producer at Rumor Productions, a fiction film movie production company, and worked as a Managing Partner in the private equity industry.
In his free time, he enjoys playing hockey and golf, fly fishing, and enjoying the outdoors with his wife and dog. Alex graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Finance and a specialization in Entrepreneurship. He earned his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
Andrew Stinson
COO
As the COO of CrossFire, Andrew Stinson leads the sales and delivery functions, implementing lessons learned from other organizations to achieve exponential growth. Data analysis remains at the core of his strategy, leveraging the power of data when making decisions. Andrew is passionate about career development, creating an environment in which all employees can reach their fullest potential.
Andrew began his career working with global manufacturing companies, spending over a decade rotating between various departments to develop a holistic understanding of company operations. He held roles in sales, finance, HR, business development, program management, product engineering, strategy, and production. He has also spent the last two years in the M&A space, valuing and executing deals.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys playing golf, coaching students through the collegiate application process, and spending time in warmer climates with his growing family. Andrew has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and German from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
